These terms and conditions will govern your holiday and every decision you make. Please consider them carefully, as you will be bound by these. By placing a booking, the customer affirms that every one of the people listed on the booking has read these terms and conditions. And have accepted to be subject to them. Reservations: A 25% deposit is due upon confirmation, as mentioned on our tour contract form, which you will receive via email before processing the payment. The balance must be paid before the tour begins when we meet in Antananarivo, and we like to have the remaining 75% in Euro or US dollars cash if feasible, therefore bring Euro or US dollars with you because local banks here do not provide foreign currency. If you do not want to carry this large sum, you can use the same transfer process that you did for the deposit.
Travel insurance: Your holiday packages with us are without insurance for your trip, therefore you must make sure you have enough coverage. By the requirements of the industry, we will require you to have adequate travel protection to cover accidents and medical expenditures before your holiday begins. Such insurance should ideally be active from the date of booking, continue throughout the holiday, and financially cover any potential loss due to cancellation, amendment, accident, or health-related issues. You should ensure that you are protected for all of the things you intend to do throughout your trip.
Medical: You might be required to comply with malaria prevention measures, among other matters.
Dietary restrictions: Please contact us at the time of reservation if you have any particular dietary needs so that we can meet you.
Itinerary changes: The Rentotravel location reserves the right to adjust the itinerary if necessary during a crisis due to unanticipated events, but we will not pay any related spending, such as accommodation.
Payment methods: Rentotravel accepts payments in a variety of ways, including bank transfers and electronic payments such as tap tap send and Western Union. All payment fees are your responsibility, and the full amount agreed upon should be received at our account. Contact Samantha for additional information.
Liability: Rentotravel Location acts solely as an agent for their principals and accepts no liability for loss or death, as well as damages, accidents, or inconveniences to any person, as a result of any such principals failing to fulfill their obligations, whether related to travel, flights, sports arrangements, accommodation, or otherwise. All clients are obligated by the rules, regulations, and terms of the contract given forth by any carrier on which he or she may travel as a result of bookings made, and are exempt from any obligation of any kind arising therefrom.
Client responsibility and reconfirmation: The client is responsible for obtaining travel documentation, such as a valid passport and return plane tickets. It is critical to reconfirm your overseas flights before travel.
Delays and underutilized services: Any charges spent as a result of unforeseen extensions to packages/tours caused by aircraft delays, bad weather, strikes, or any other reason beyond the Rentotravel location's control. Rentotravel location will not reimburse any payments made. Unused services are because you do not wish to continue your journey or for other reasons. The full deposit is non-refundable.
Local flight ticket: If you do not use your local flight ticket due to bad weather, strikes, or any other reason other than Rentotravel location, Rentotravel location will not return any money you have paid.
Cancellation Fees:
If you cancel the booking, you have to pay the following fees.
- More than thirty days before getting there, the full money is reimbursed.
- Between 30 and 25 days before arrival, 50% of the money paid is reimbursed.
- If the initial payment is made in less than 25 days. Before the scheduled arrival date, no refund will be issued.
